Job summary

Medik8 is seeking a Skincare Advocate (Freelance) to represent the brand within Sephora locations. You will deliver personalized skincare consultations, educate clients on our philosophy (Vitamin C, Sunscreen, Vitamin A), and drive sales while maintaining brand presence.

Responsibilities include conducting events and trainings, reporting outcomes, and collaborating with store leadership. Remote-friendly with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in skincare, beauty, or luxury retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Comfortable conducting skincare consultations and product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized skincare consultations and product recommendations.
• Drive sales and achieve Sales Per Hour (SPH) goals.
• Educate consumers on brand philosophy, hero products, ingredients, and routines.
• Execute in-store events, trainings, and activations to increase client engagement and sales.
• Build partnerships with store leadership teams.
• Maintain knowledge of skincare trends and industry best practices.
• Ensure product presentation, testers, and hygiene compliance.
