Job summary

Medik8, a globally recognized clinical skincare brand, seeks a Freelance Skincare Advocate to represent Medik8 within Sephora locations. You will deliver personalized consultations, educate staff and clients on Vitamin C, Sunscreen and Vitamin A routines, and drive brand awareness.

As a freelance ambassador, you will execute trainings, build partnerships with store teams, and maintain high merchandising and hygiene standards while supporting flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in skincare or beauty, luxury retail, or sales desired.
• Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients and routine building.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized skincare consultations and product recommendations.
• Drive sales and achieve Sales Per Hour (SPH) goals.
• Educate on brand philosophy, ingredients and routines.
• Lead in-store events, trainings and activations to boost engagement and sales.
• Collaborate with store leadership to ensure brand presence and merchandising standards.
• Stay informed on skincare trends, ingredients and competitive landscape.
• Capture and report sales results, client feedback and event outcomes.
• Represent the brand professionally and uphold Medik8 values.
