Job summary

Medik8 is seeking a Skincare Advocate (Freelance) to represent the brand within Sephora locations. The role focuses on delivering expert skincare consultations, educating clients on our Vitamin C, Sunscreen, and Vitamin A philosophy, and driving sell-through with exceptional client experiences.

You will work remotely with flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays, to support Sephora teams and build brand presence across locations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of skincare ingredients and routines.
• Ability to educate clients and influence buying decisions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized skincare consultations and product recommendations.
• Drive sales and achieve Sales Per Hour (SPH) goals.
• Educate consumers on brand philosophy, hero products, and routines.
• Lead in-store events, trainings, and activations to boost engagement and sales.
• Build strong partnerships with store leadership teams and colleagues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare trends and products.
