Jobgether seeks a Black Belt Process Improvement professional to lead operational excellence initiatives across business operations and IT. This fully remote role within the United States will drive cross-functional improvements and implement data-driven solutions to reduce turnaround times.

You will supervise a portfolio of improvement projects, develop standard Six Sigma deliverables, and guide teams through change while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification in Six Sigma is required.
• Strong experience leading process improvement, operational excellence, and business transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to map current-state and future-state processes and perform value stream mapping.
• Experience identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to reduce turnarounds.
• Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple initiatives with minimal direction.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across operations and IT.
• Create current-state and future-state process maps and gap analyses.
• Develop value stream maps to identify delay points and optimization opportunities.
• Drive initiatives to reduce turnaround times and improve efficiency.
