Ethos Risk Services seeks a full-time Special Investigations Unit (SIU) Team Lead to oversee a team of SIU coordinators, manage schedules, coordinate field investigators, and ensure high-quality reports. The role includes training new coordinators and coordinating with sales and operations to update files for clients.

You will review and edit written reports, communicate with clients, create invoices, monitor costs, and identify opportunities to cross-sell services, while maintaining close

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing, investigating, or adjusting liability, property casualty, disability, or workers' compensation claims.
• Fluent in Spanish and English is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a team of SIU coordinators - schedule, coordinate, prepare, and monitor the assignments of our field investigators.
• Document findings and draft summary reports.
• Review and/or edit written reports and recordings to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Communicate with clients, create invoices, monitor costs, and cross-sell other services to clients when opportunities arise.
• Train new coordinators and communicate with other departments.
