Job summary

Ethos Risk Services seeks a full-time SIU Team Lead to manage a team of field investigators, schedule assignments, and oversee report quality. You will train coordinators, liaise with clients, and monitor costs while supporting cross-sell opportunities.

The role is 100% remote within the United States and requires coordinating with sales and operations managers to drive files forward and ensure accuracy. Experience in investigations and claims is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing, investigating, or adjusting liability, property casualty, disability, or workers' compensation claims (required).
• Fluent in Spanish and English (bonus).

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a full-time Special Investigations Unit (SIU) Team Leadto join our team. An SIU Team Lead oversees a team of SIU coordinators, schedules, coordinates, prepares, and monitors the assignments of our field investigators. The position reviews and/or edits written reports and recordings to ensure quality and accuracy. The Team Lead updates and communicates with clients, creates invoices, monitors costs, and cross-sells other services to clients when opportunities arise. This position will train new Coordinators and communicate with other departments, including sales and operations managers, to provide updates to files.
