Ladders seeks a Site Reliability and Security Operations Engineer to join a leader in Healthcare. You will drive execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable outcomes while collaborating with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional teams to enhance accountability and service delivery.

This remote US-based role focuses on patching, production deployments, monitoring, alerting, and capacity planning to ensure reliable performance and security across Core Speech products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in operations support or 8+ years with high school diploma.
• Strong attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with devops tools like Python and shell scripting.
• Experience with SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL, and non-SQL databases like MongoDB.
• Knowledge of cloud orchestration tools such as Ansible, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security of speech products through patching and application code development.
• Oversee operational deployments and maintenance of production systems.
• Implement performance monitoring and capacity planning for Core Speech products.
• Maintain operational alerting systems for reliable performance.
• Respond to alerts and support site reliability during off-hours on a rotational basis.
• Drive system performance improvements through collaborative and independent project work.
