Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years equivalent work experience in operations support and/or application development.
• High school diploma/GED and 10+ years of equivalent work experience in operations support and/or application development.
• Strong problem solving, attention to detail, and ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational deployments, implementations, and maintenance for production systems.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and reporting of performance metrics for Core Speech products and capacity planning.
• Implement and maintain operational alerting systems.
• Participate in rotations for off-hours site reliability support and respond to alerts.
• Collaborate on projects to improve system performance and architecture.
