You will lead cross-functional collaboration with field leadership and support functions to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency, influencing scale and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 15+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with the DoD in military or military-support roles.
• High-level expertise in military operations and strategic planning with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience planning and executing experiments and operational demonstrations.
• Strong analytical and policy assessment skills.
• Exceptional leadership abilities to organize teams and build consensus in complex environments.
• Expertise in budget management and resource optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level strategic plans for experiments and operational demonstrations.
• Evaluate national policies to align them with operational goals.
