Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Site Reliability and Security Operations Engineer to join the Core Speech Operations team in the United States. You will help secure and stabilize Solventum’s speech products, perform deployments, patching, monitoring, and capacity planning to keep systems reliable.

We value hands-on engineers with 4+ years experience in operations support or application development, plus knowledge of DevOps tools and cloud platforms. Travel to Pittsburgh may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years equivalent work experience in operations support and/or application development.
• Or high school diploma/GED and 8+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security patching and hardened deployments while building improved processes.
• Perform operational deployments, implementations, and maintenance for production systems.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and reporting of performance metrics.
• Maintain operational alerting systems.
• Participate in on-call rotations for off-hours support.
• Collaborate with team on projects to improve performance and architecture.
