Job summary

PNC is seeking a System Reliability & Support Lead in its Technology organization. The role supports a remote workforce based in Pennsylvania with occasional in-office involvement and no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in IT incident management and ITSM processes preferred.
• Knowledge of governance, risk management and regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads and participates in monitoring, maintenance, support and modernization of systems to ensure stability.
• Performs patching and upgrades; coordinates changes with delivery teams for production stability.
• Manages incident detection, resolution and escalation; analyzes root causes and reports on issues and bugs.
• Monitors availability, performance and capacity against baselines; implements reliability improvements.
• Educates and coaches junior staff to deepen knowledge of systems and applications.
• Leads governance activities, attestations, continuity testing, impact analysis and audit responses.
