Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring Site Reliability Engineers to raise the reliability bar across our platforms. You will partner with product and engineering teams to design resilience, implement targets, and improve systems used for live customer interactions and content production.

This role is remote and global, with opportunities to align across engineering to minimize downtime. You will own disaster recovery planning, define and measure SLAs/SLOs, and build AI-assisted tooling for faster incident

Qualifications

Hands-on experience running production systems at scale as an SRE, infrastructure engineer or similar.
Strong background in backend development and automation to solve reliability problems.
Experience owning incident response, on-call and post-mortems and driving fixes.
Experience with observability and alerting and defining/tracking SLOs/SLAs.
Solid grounding in Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure (GCP and AWS preferred).

Responsibilities

Design and run disaster recovery programmes, setting ambitious recovery targets and testing regularly.
Define SLAs and SLOs with each product team and build tooling to track them by product and customer.
Own how we detect, respond to and learn from incidents, including alerting design and post‑mortems.
Build AI-assisted investigation and auto-resolution, from agent-led diagnosis to automated remediation.
Embed with product teams to shape architecture and engineering practices for resilience at scale.
