Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Site Payments Specialist to manage site payments and reimbursements for assigned studies in accordance with Clinical Trial Agreements and budgets. You will work with leadership and vendors to implement study-specific payment strategies and ensure timely payments.

The role requires strong attention to detail, 3+ years of relevant experience, and a solid understanding of clinical trial budgets, with a remote-friendly work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze large data volumes and identify discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Develops site and subject payment strategy with leadership and vendors.
• Coordinates payment configurations at site activation.
• Verifies contracts, budgets, and reimbursement requirements in payment systems.
• Reviews and approves site and patient payments and escalates issues as needed.
• Ensures timely and accurate payments to sites, investigators, and participants.
