Job summary

ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation seeking a Contract Analyst I to manage invoicing processing and reporting for an assigned portfolio of accounts. You will negotiate site contracts, budgets and terms, and work with Study Startup teams to ensure timely, compliant SB&C processes.

Required BS degree or international equivalent and 2+ years in clinical contract/budgeting within pharma or CRO.

Qualifications

• BS degree or international equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in clinical research site contracting and budgeting.
• Ability to explain data to facilitate data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of clinical study protocols and schedule of assessments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate site contracting items including trial agreements, budgets, payment terms, ancillary agreements and amendments.
• Collaborate with Study Startup, CROs, Clinical Operations, and TAU partners to improve SB&C metrics.
• Ensure standards are applied to SB&C processes across projects.
• Provide budget and contract feedback aligned with fair market value guidance.
• Track actions and negotiations to meet study and site timelines.
• Support issue resolution with the site activation sub-team.
