Qualifications

• Background in finance, accounting, business administration, life sciences, or related field is beneficial.
• Experience in payment processing, financial administration, accounts payable, clinical trial support, or related operational role would be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and willingness to learn financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and administer payments to clinical trial sites according to agreements and payment schedules.
• Maintain accurate payment records with complete supporting documentation.
• Review payment information, validate details, identify discrepancies, and support issue resolution.
• Coordinate with clinical research teams, finance colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure efficient processing.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and established procedures.
• Investigate discrepancies, track pending items, and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Maintain payment trackers, prepare reports, update databases, and monitor payment status.
• Identify opportunities to improve payment workflows and administrative efficiency.
• Provide clear, professional communication about payment-related information and requirements.
