Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Site Payments Analyst who will ensure accurate and timely payments to clinical trial sites. The role supports start-up activities, study conduct, amendment management and close-out, while coordinating with CTMs and contract managers.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of site payments experience, advanced English, and strong MS Word/Excel skills. The position offers remote work with international scope and opportunities to contribute to accrual reporting and payments governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Advanced English language skills (spoken, written and read).
• Strong computer literacy, including MS Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with electronic data capture and basic data processing.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with guidance as needed and exercise critical thinking.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Trial Oversight Meetings to gather updates on EDC structure and payment dependencies.
• Set up country-specific fee templates and site fee schedules.
• Coordinate with the Contract Manager to reflect payment terms in budgets.
• Provide feedback on discrepancies between programming and outputs during invoice requests.
• Monitor payable items and trigger payments.
• Track payment-related information and generate payment requests.
• Send payment letters and act as SPOC for sites.
• Validate invoices against services and contracts; ensure accuracy in IVT and approve workflows.
• Request updated invoices when information is missing or discrepancies exist.
• Redact personal data from site invoices to ensure GDPR compliance.
• Conduct financial reviews and support accrual reporting with relevant data.
• Update country fee templates and site payee information after amendments.
• Terminate outdated fee schedules and implement new ones.
• Reconcile payables when fees change and update flagged items.
• Ensure holdbacks are paid as per contracts and confirm settlements before close-out.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and site close-out procedures.
