Ladders is seeking a Site Engagement Lead for a remote role focused on site-level engagement strategies to support patient recruitment and study awareness in clinical research.

You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, referral networks, and community channels to explain study protocols, identify participants, and use performance data to improve recruitment outcomes across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in clinical trials.
• 1 year of immunology experience; dermatology preferred.
• 1 year in a Clinical Trial Educator or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site-specific patient recruitment plans.
• Educate healthcare professionals on study protocols.
• Engage with health fairs and advocacy events.
• Partner with referral networks to identify participants.
• Analyze site performance data to improve recruitment.
