Job summary

The Ladders is seeking a Clinical Trial Liaison to join a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role serves as a scientific and strategic partner to investigators and clinical sites across the study lifecycle.

You will drive enrollment performance, strengthen site engagement, and translate protocol requirements into effective site-level action in a highly collaborative research environment. Location: Remote (US).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research or the pharmaceutical industry with direct interaction with healthcare professionals and clinical sites.
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical or therapeutic area experience in Oncology.
• Advanced degree in a scientific or clinical field; PharmD, PhD, MD, or MSc preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with investigators from identification through enrollment and study closeout.
• Act as a scientific ambassador to ensure deep understanding of protocol intent and eligibility requirements.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with investigators across trials.
• Co-create tailored recruitment strategies to enhance enrollment.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate patient recruitment and improve site impact.
• Capture insights from sites to optimize study conduct and protocol design.
• Lead site-level strategy and risk planning for predictable enrollment.
