Flourish Research is hiring a remote Site Development & Facilities Project Manager to support the Growth & Integration team. This role focuses on delivering site development across a national network, including DeNovo builds, expansions, and relocations, with end-to-end facilities oversight.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in real estate management and facilities across multi-site networks, plus strong vendor management and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years in real estate management, site development, and facilities across a multi-site network.

Aufgaben

• Serve as accountable for delivery of site development across the network (DeNovo builds, expansions, relocations).
• Own end-to-end facilities management for the site network, vendor identification and lifecycle planning.
• Develop and maintain site standards, tools and KPIs for consistency and efficiency across the program.
• Act as the escalation point for site development and facilities issues across the network.
