Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Principal Site Contracts Lead for remote US operations. You will manage CTA negotiations, finalize contracts and budgets, and coordinate with global teams to ensure regulatory compliance and successful study start-up.

The role requires extensive CRO/pharma experience, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor staff while driving process improvements across regions.

Qualifications

• BS degree in life sciences, a health related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent presentation, documentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high quality work.

Responsibilities

• Oversees negotiations of clinical study agreements (CTA) on a study level and drives finalization and execution.
• Provides oversight of contract and budget negotiations status and escalations.
• Trains and mentors staff on SOPs, processes, tools and templates and ensures quality of teamwork products.
