Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a senior professional to manage site contract and investigator budget negotiations for CTA development. You will lead CTA finalization, coordinate with global teams, and advise on contract language, terms and budgets to drive project start-up success.

This remote role requires CRO/pharma experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work across regions with internal and sponsor stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS degree in life sciences or related field.
• Strong knowledge of CRO/pharma industry practices.
• Experience with site contracts and investigator budgets.
• Proficient in MS Office; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, maintains and updates training material for site contracts lead team and site contract negotiators.
• Serves as subject matter expert within the organization equipped to help resolve global site contracting issues.
• Oversees negotiations of clinical study agreements (CTA's) on a study level and drives CTA document finalization and execution.
• Provides oversight of contract & budget negotiations status and escalates issues to sponsor decision-makers.
• Advises study team and Sponsor stakeholders on industry trends and negotiation risks.
• Plans contract execution strategy for assigned studies and coordinates with internal teams.
• Coordinates communications between study team stakeholders and global negotiators.
• Creates and maintains document status reports; updates tools and team members regularly.
