Fortrea is hiring a Site Budget & Contracts Specialist to work from home in the USA or Canada. You will prepare country site budgets and financial exhibits, assist with CTAs, and negotiate budgets and exhibits with legal teams and sites. You will also manage a contract tracking database and support audits.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and healthcare or clinical research exposure, with travel as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing site budgets and study financial exhibits.
• Familiarity with CTAs, budgets, and contract language.
• Ability to liaise with legal and site personnel to finalize agreements.

Responsibilities

• Develop CTAs using template information and contract sheets to meet start-up timelines.
• Negotiate language modifications with legal and external parties as needed.
• Generate site budgets from approved country budgets for investigators and monitors.
• Maintain contract tracking and ensure updates align with SOPs and databases.
• Support internal audits with complete documentation of site contract negotiations.
