Job summary

Fortrea’s FSP team is hiring Site Budget & Contracts Specialists. Home based in the USA or Canada, you will prepare country site budgets and study financial appendices, and assist with negotiating site agreement budgets and exhibits of moderate complexity.

Responsibilities include drafting CTAs, updating budgets, liaising with legal, and ensuring compliance with client SOPs. Travel to sites may be required for audits and kickoff meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent scientific or commercial education.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical industry or clinical research preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare country site budgets and study financial appendices.
• Assist with negotiation of site agreement budgets and financial exhibits.
• Coordinate with legal to finalize CTAs using approved templates and language.
• Research medical procedure costs using local/global databases for accurate budgets.
• Ensure CTAs and budget components align with client standards and SOPs.
• Maintain site contract tracking database and ensure timely updates.
