Job summary

Fortrea's FSP team is hiring Site Budget & Contracts Specialists to manage CTAs and site budgets for clinical trials. You will work with legal and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely CTA execution and accurate budgeting for sites and investigators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or clinical research preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop CTAs using templates and contract info sheets.
• Ensure CTAs are executed on time to meet study start-up timelines.
• Collaborate with legal to align CTA language with approved templates.
• Generate site budgets based on final country budget and distribute to sites.
• Negotiate MSAs with institutions and ensure timely renewals.
