Zusammenfassung

Fortrea’s FSP team is hiring Site Budget & Contracts Specialists, home based in the USA or Canada. You will prepare country site budgets and study financial appendices, negotiating CTAs and ensuring timely start-up.

Responsibilities include drafting CTAs, coordinating with Legal, updating contract components, and maintaining budget databases. Travel to sites may be required, and a Bachelor’s degree with industry experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or commercial field.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical industry or clinical research preferred.
• Strong negotiation and document-management skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop CTAs using standard templates and information from Contract Information Sheets.
• Ensure CTAs are executed in a timely manner to meet study start-up timelines.
• Liaise with legal to align CTA content with approved language.
• Generate site budgets based on country budgets for site distribution.
• Research medical procedure costs to prepare accurate site budgets.
• Manage CTAs and update components per client standards and SOPs.
• Maintain the contract tracking database and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare for internal audits with complete paper trails.
• Negotiate MSAs with institutions and track renewal dates.
