Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a SIOP & Demand Management Specialist (Remote) to support the 18+ month consensus demand plan for OE and aftermarket requirements. The role focuses on translating demand into shipset requirements and maintaining data integrity across the portfolio.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to review demand plans, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate PO modifications prior to SAP entry. This position offers a remote work model within the U.S.

Qualifications

• SAP experience is required.
• Excel experience is preferred.
• Experience with aerospace products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis and prepare reports to ensure that demand is flowing accurately.
• Performs and/or direct day to day tasks such as order administration in SAP. Ensure customer contractual requirements regarding demand and order execution are appropriately executed.
• Participates as the demand owner/representative in an organization’s sales and operations planning process, to enable demand-supply balancing analysis.
• Ensures data integrity and quality by reviewing data, identifying unusual occurrences, seeking explanations, and assisting in developing corrections to prevent reoccurrences.
• Consults with functional teams such as master scheduling, program office, operations, finance, business development and product development (if applicable) to obtain relevant data and insights on demand.
• Drives cross-functional collaboration to influence the demand on the supply chain and prioritize demand for order fulfillment based on business objectives and customer segmentation.
• Drives Demand Analytics through leading indicators of forecast accuracy and bias to yield improved On Time Delivery and Inventory.
• Provides clear and concise recommendations to upper-level management on information regarding future trends and demands.
• Develops and maintains constructive and cooperative working relationships with all stakeholders.
