Job summary

OSI Engineering, partnering with our client, seeks a Senior System Signal Integrity Engineer to support next-generation consumer devices. You will work on high-speed digital designs for Mac products, addressing system-level SI challenges and collaborating with world-class engineering teams. The role focuses on SerDes optimization, NRZ/PAM signaling, and SI validation using industry-standard tools.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. preferred with 3+ years of relevant industry experience or Master\'s degree with 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong system-level Signal Integrity experience supporting high-speed digital designs.
• Deep understanding of SerDes architectures and signaling technologies (NRZ, PAM3, PAM4).
• Proficiency with SI tools and scripting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform system-level SI design, analysis, and validation for next-generation Mac products.
• Analyze and optimize high-speed SerDes links with various equalization techniques.
• Support NRZ, PAM3, and PAM4 signaling technologies.
• Conduct statistical channel analysis and validate end-to-end link performance.
• Review PCB/flex layouts for impedance control and return paths.
• Develop and evaluate interconnect models and run SI simulations.
• Create scripts to improve engineering workflows.
• Generate clear technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
