Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English required.
• Accurate interpreting skills and professional conduct expected.
• Experience in VRS/onsite interpreting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide video relay service, video remote interpreting, and onsite interpreting.
• Support mission and values; maintain professional customer interactions.
• Deliver excellent service with punctuality and professionalism.
• Follow FCC rules; adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Adapt to new technologies; multitask with video-based interpreting.
