Job summary

ZP Better Together, LLC is seeking an interpreter to provide high-quality American Sign Language interpreting via video in a call center. Candidates must be fluent in ASL and English, adhere to the NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct, and complete a 40-hour training. Onsite work may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 15 hours every 6 weeks.
• Must pass the company's interpreting skills assessment.
• Must attend and successfully complete a 40 hour New Hire Training.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective video relay service and video remote interpreting for consumers.
• Support and model the company's mission and values.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a respectful and professional attitude with customer and colleagues.
• Exhibit professional behavior including punctuality and preparedness for shifts, and accurate record keeping.
• Adhere to FCC regulations and NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.
