Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
• Strong technical and systems mindset.
• Proven Shopify experience and design tooling proficiency (Canva).

Responsibilities

• Email management and inbox organization with rules and automations.
• Shopify product-related tasks, apps, and integrations.
• Create and edit Canva visuals; support marketing content.
• Data tracking and KPI reporting using Excel (Power BI a bonus).
• Design furniture layouts and visual concepts for customers.
