Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the roadmap for Shopify storefronts and connected MarTech. You will collaborate with commercial and marketing leaders to shape the practitioner-to-patient digital experience and translate business needs into technical requirements for engineering and DevOps teams.

This hands-on role manages priorities, integrations, and acceptance testing, including Shopify configuration and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical product ownership or related roles.
Hands-on Shopify-based platform functionality experience.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
Familiarity with CI/CD and Agile delivery practices.

Responsibilities

Own the technical product roadmap and backlog for Shopify, web properties, and MarTech integrations.
Translate business goals into workflows, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Lead delivery with developers and DevOps through testing and release.
Manage Shopify configuration, apps, themes, and checkout improvements.
Coordinate data flows between Shopify, CRM, marketing automation, analytics and CDP.
Support testing, QA/UAT, and ensure enhancements meet requirements.
