  • Translate business requirements and stakeholder feedback into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with engineering, design, QA, and cross-functional teams to define solutions and support the delivery of eCommerce capabilities.
  • Support Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand Shopify and Shopify Plus capabilities, platform limitations, and integration dependencies.
  • Drive day-to-day product execution, removing blockers and helping teams maintain delivery momentum.
  • Coordinate release planning and readiness activities to ensure features are tested, validated, and prepared for deployment.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by communicating priorities, delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet defined acceptance criteria and provide value to both customers and the business.
  • Identify opportunities to improve commerce functionality, team processes, and the overall digital shopping experience.
