Job summary

Tesoro Group is seeking a SharePoint Analyst to lead intranet migration from an existing intranet to a new SharePoint environment, in Minneapolis, MN. This onsite contract role (3+ months) involves updating pages, organizing documents, navigation, and consistency in information structure.

You will work with the Corporate Communications team, be detail oriented, and quickly adapt to a new environment while collaborating with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 to 3 years of SharePoint experience
• Hands on experience with SharePoint Online
• Experience creating or updating SharePoint sites and pages
• Experience working with document libraries, site content, navigation, and permissions
• Some experience with content migration, intranet projects, or SharePoint implementations
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with both technical and non technical teams
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a team
