BCforward is seeking a Marketing Manager - email marketer for a remote US contract role, preferred NY. You will coordinate and execute the technical aspects of email campaigns, work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and support deliverability and audience planning.

The role emphasizes setup, technical planning, and collaboration across teams as our marketing function scales. 8+ years in email marketing technology and SFMC mastery are valued, with a flexible, fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in email marketing technology or related roles.
• Executive-level knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including audience/segmentation concepts and data model considerations.
• Strong ability to work across multiple teams and influence without direct authority.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical marketing plans (data/audiences/tracking).

Aufgaben

• Advise on deliverability fundamentals (sender reputation, authentication, suppression) and align with stakeholders.
• Define and document audience creation and segmentation approaches with analytics input.
• Translate business requirements into technical marketing requirements (data, audiences, tracking, measurement).
• Partner across marketing operations, analytics, engineering, and scaled execution teams to drive alignment.
• Create clear technical documentation, playbooks, and updates for consistent execution.
