Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a SFMC Email Producer for a 6-month contract. The role focuses on producing, managing, and deploying customer-facing email and SMS campaigns, with a strong emphasis on HTML coding and adherence to brand and legal standards.

You will work with a cross-functional team to ensure timely deployments, secure contact list handling, and ongoing optimization through testing and analytics. Remote work is supported with EST alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years coding HTML emails, handling contact lists, and deploying communications through an email service provider.
• Recent Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with responsive design for email.
• A/B testing experience and ability to generate reports using marketing automation and web analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned email and SMS projects through coding, editing, proofing, QA and deployment phases.
• Collaborate with marketers and stakeholders to produce and deploy email/SMS communications under deadlines.
• Securely manage and upload contact lists.
• Hand-code HTML from text documents into emails; assist in templates, automations and dynamic campaigns.
• Follow internal email marketing processes ensuring brand and legal standards; document processes as needed.
• Analyze campaigns and recommend best practices, A/B testing, and new trends in email.
