Qualifications

3+ years inside sales, federal government contracts, or proposal experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written communication.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience with OEMs and distributors.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.

Responsibilities

Coordinate SEWP-related opportunities and RFQs for NASA GWAC.
Review RFQs, determine required actions, and monitor portals.
Coordinate pricing with manufacturers and distributors; validate quotes.
Prepare customer quotations and ensure on-time responses.
Support Federal Account Executives and engage engineering when needed.
Maintain cross-functional coordination with procurement, contracts, finance, and sales.
Produce reports on quote pipeline, win/loss, and vendor performance.
