Job summary

Achieve is seeking a Settlement Preparation Specialist in Arizona to review creditor documents, update account statuses, and locate servicing creditors. The role emphasizes multitasking, accuracy, and meeting deadlines in a hybrid/remote-friendly environment.

You will work with multiple business units to expedite settlement readiness for members, with starting pay of $16/hour and a schedule that supports 6:00am–4:00pm shifts. Phoenix/Tempe proximity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or admin office setting.
• Experience with processing documents or experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to successfully multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review creditor correspondence and documents including collection letters, statements and credit reports.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with creditors to update account statuses.
• Research accounts and contact creditors to find who is servicing the account.
• Multitask daily across work streams with strong organization.
• Achieve individual and team metrics for task completion and accuracy.
• Process bulk Authorization to Communicate and Power of Attorney requests for creditors.
