Job summary

House Buyers of America, Inc. is seeking a remote Settlement Coordinator to ensure acquisitions and dispositions close on schedule.

You will act as the primary contact for customers throughout the settlement process and coordinate with title companies. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts and settlement statements in our CRM, maintaining timely settlements, and supporting property marketing and cross‑department collaboration to meet listing timelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry.
• High School Degree required, Bachelor's preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure acquisitions are processed in a timely manner to get properties on market quickly.
• Act as a dedicated representative to customers throughout the settlement process.
• Review and enter contracts/settlement statements and ensure they are entered into our CRM properly.
• Manage relationships with title companies and ensure settlements are processed timely.
• Assist with property marketing including photos, listings, and staging.
• Partner with construction to ensure projects are completed prior to listing.
• Assist expansion into new geographic markets.
• Sign closing documents.
