Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in PTC Service Lifecycle Management (SLM) and Arbortext to serve as the technical authority for service information systems across the product lifecycle.

You will design end-to-end solutions, bridge engineering and service operations, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with customers and internal teams. Up to 75% travel may be required, with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical solutions architecture with at least 2 years hands-on with PTC SLM and/or Arbortext.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead implementations of PTC SLM solutions including Windchill SIM and Service Parts Management.
• Design structured authoring environments using Arbortext Editor and Publishing Engine for technical documentation.
• Define SGML/XML schemas, DTDs, and stylesheets to support structured content with standards like S1000D, ASD STE100, or ATA iSpec 2200.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to capture requirements and design future-state architectures.
• Lead integration between PTC SLM/Arbortext and ERP/PLM/CRM systems and provide technical direction for content delivery.
