Point Digital Finance, Inc. is seeking a Servicing Operations Coordinator II for a remote-first role in the United States. You will assist homeowners with Home Equity Investments, handling payoff inquiries, title questions, appraisals, and resolving complex servicing issues with empathy and precision.

The position blends customer service, document review, and problem-solving. You will maintain accurate records, collaborate across teams, and help optimize workflows using Point’s servicing tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to homeowner inquiries via phone, email, and servicing channels.
• Handle complex or escalated homeowner servicing requests including payoff inquiries and title questions.
• Make outbound calls to homeowners, real estate agents, escrow/title companies, insurance providers, and local counties to resolve servicing matters.
• Review HEI-related servicing documentation, including valuation reports, sales contracts, payoff requests, insurance documents, and other records.
• Analyze contracts, appraisals, title information, and supporting documentation for accuracy and risk.
• Support payoff and property sale workflows while ensuring timelines are met.
• Assist homeowners facing financial or operational challenges with empathy and professionalism.
• Investigate and resolve servicing exceptions and operational issues with minimal supervision.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and provide feedback on workflows and tooling.
• Utilize Point’s servicing systems to maintain accurate records and documentation.
