Point is building a remote-first home equity platform in the United States. As a Servicing Operations Coordinator II, you will help homeowners navigate Home Equity Investments, providing clear, empathetic support and resolving complex servicing requests.

You’ll coordinate payoff inquiries, property sales, appraisal reviews, and title questions with homeowners, external partners, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely resolutions.
