Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Trainer to design and deliver engaging learning experiences that strengthen ServiceNow capabilities across our organization and client teams.

You will work with Global Training, SMEs, and delivery teams to build a strong talent pipeline and enable successful ServiceNow implementations, while mentoring trainers and supporting regional learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering ServiceNow training, enablement, or implementations.
• CSA certification and CIS certifications in at least two ServiceNow areas.
• Strong ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience designing materials, labs, and certification prep resources.
• Experience in corporate, consulting, or tech training environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and role-based ServiceNow training for internal teams, partners, and clients.
• Design, develop, and improve learning content, labs, job aids, exercises, and cert prep resources.
• Partner with Global Training to align regional learning strategies with priorities.
• Mentor trainers and enablement teams to ensure high-quality experiences.
• Assess learner progress and readiness for ServiceNow certifications and projects.
• Collaborate with SMEs to reflect current platform capabilities and trends.
• Promote knowledge-sharing and contribute to training innovation and capability programs.
• Track certification readiness across Services, Sales, and Digital teams.
