Job summary

Astrica, LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Performance Analytics Developer / Reporting Engineer to support enterprise reporting, dashboards, KPI tracking, and analytics in a remote-friendly environment. You will translate business requirements into dashboards and reports while maintaining data quality and governance.

Responsibilities include configuring PA indicators, building KPI reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver insights that drive operational improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing ServiceNow dashboards, reporting solutions, and Performance Analytics capabilities.
• Strong expertise with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, including Indicators, Indicator Sources, Breakdowns, Widgets, Interactive Filters, Scorecards, and Automated Data Collection Jobs.
• Advanced SQL skills with backend data analysis, reporting validation, and optimization.
• Experience building executive-level dashboards for operational and leadership audiences.
• Experience with Incident, Request, Change, Demand workflows in ServiceNow.
• Understanding of ServiceNow roles, access controls, and development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow dashboards, reports, scorecards, and Performance Analytics across enterprise initiatives.
• Configure and maintain Performance Analytics indicators, sources, breakdowns, widgets, filters, and data collection jobs.
• Develop KPI reporting for SLA compliance, incident resolution, backlog health, trends, throughput, and completion rates.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions.
• Utilize SQL for backend analysis, validation, trend analysis, and optimization.
• Analyze ServiceNow data across Incident, Request, Change, Demand, and related workflows to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Deliver executive dashboards and actionable analytics for leadership.
• Maintain dashboard governance, reporting standards, KPI definitions, and data quality across solutions.
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to support analytics strategy and enhancements.
