CHS Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Software Engineer Intern to support multiple projects across ITSM, primarily working remotely with on-site visits to Inver Grove Heights, MN a few times each month.

The role requires strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies. Qualifying candidates are pursuing a Bachelor or Graduate degree in a STEM field and have knowledge of JavaScript, Agile methodologies, ITIL/DevOps, and CI/CD (Azure DevOps).

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Graduate degree in Business Management, Information Management, Computer Science, or other STEM degree program.
• Knowledge of programming and/or scripting languages, such as JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of ITIL, DevOps, and ITSM practices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline development, including experience with Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
• Basic understanding of workflows and business processes.

Responsabilidades

• Join Enterprise Services Management Platform team to deliver ServiceNow Artificial Intelligence (AI) system modifications for Information Technology Systems Management (ITSM) space.
• Understand requirements and work with team to formulate solutions in ServiceNow to support business needs.
• Develop an understanding of business processes, integration technologies and team guidelines and standards.
• Help ensure common understanding within the team on business needs and goals and ensure the team’s solutions address the core business needs
• Adhere to scrum/agile processes as determined by a senior team member.
• Collaborate with business units to deliver ServiceNow solutions.
• Work with ESM team to deploy solutions into a production environment.
