Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Software Engineer Intern to support ITSM projects. The role is primarily remote with onsite visits to Inver Grove Heights, MN a few times each month.

You will collaborate with Enterprise Services Management Platform to modify ServiceNow AI systems and learn business processes within an Agile team. Requirements include pursuing a STEM degree and knowledge of JavaScript, Scrum/Agile, and ITIL/ITSM concepts.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Graduate degree in Business Management, Information Management, Computer Science, or other STEM degree program.

Responsibilities

• Join Enterprise Services Management Platform team to deliver ServiceNow AI system modifications for ITSM space.
• Understand requirements and formulate ServiceNow solutions to support business needs.
• Develop an understanding of business processes, integration technologies and team guidelines and standards.
• Help ensure team shares a common understanding of business needs and goals and that solutions address core business needs.
• Adhere to scrum/agile processes as determined by a senior team member.
• Collaborate with business units to deliver ServiceNow solutions.
• Work with ESM team to deploy solutions into a production environment.
