You will translate requirements into technical designs, build custom apps, and assist with ITIL/ITSM processes while ensuring HIPAA compliance. This contract role offers collaboration with analysts and stakeholders, flexible start times, and potential conversion to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in an ITIL/ITSM environment.
• 4+ years of application or system development/programming experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years of experience working in a healthcare environment.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA requirements and healthcare data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements.
• Develop custom applications, record producers, catalog items, reports, and dashboards.
• Translate functional requirements into technical designs and ServiceNow solutions.
• Build prototypes and collaborate with stakeholders to refine application functionality.
• Maintain appropriate technical documentation according to IT standards.
• Monitor platform health, usage, performance, and compliance.
