Job summary

M9 Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to work remotely in support of a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. An active Public Trust clearance is required.

Responsibilities include developing and supporting the ServiceNow application and working within the client’s IT Service Management tool, handling Change, Incident, Problem, Release, CMDB, and Request Management modules.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• An active Public Trust level clearance is required.
• Subject matter expert in ServiceNow applications & platform/architecture knowledge.
• Experience with ServiceNow development and code best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support the ServiceNow application.
• Work within ServiceNow as the client’s IT service management tool.
• Support Change Management, Incident, Problem, Release, CMDB and Request Management modules.
