Job summary

SAIC in the United States is seeking a mid-level ServiceNow Software Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for IT operations and asset management. This role offers 100% remote work for the right candidate and requires U.S.

citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. You will configure CMDB modules, perform data integrations, and collaborate with business analysts and PMs to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions, while staying current

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2–5+ years in ServiceNow development; 4 years can substitute degree.
US citizenship and Secret clearance eligibility.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script, and PowerShell.
Strong ITIL/ITSM/ITOM/ITAM knowledge.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.

Responsibilities

Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using CMDB modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system requirements and design solutions.
Perform data analysis, integrations, and migrations within ServiceNow.
Provide technical support and maintenance for ServiceNow implementations.
