SAIC is seeking a mid-level ServiceNow Software Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that streamline IT operations and asset management for multiple clients. The role offers fully remote work within the United States for qualified US citizens who can obtain a Secret clearance.

You will collaborate with business analysts and project managers, customize catalogs and workflows, and ensure system stability and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-5+ years of ServiceNow development and configuration
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script, and PowerShell
• Strong ITIL/ITSM/ITOM/ITAM knowledge
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using CMDB modules.
• Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to gather requirements.
• Perform data analysis, integrations, and migrations for ServiceNow.
• Experience with Jira Service Management.
• Work with AES to build catalog items and workflows.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for ServiceNow deployments.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow features and best practices.
