Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University seeks a ServiceNow Software Developer I to analyze, develop, test, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across the organization. You will contribute through the full development lifecycle, building applications, the Service Portal, workflows, and integrations in a remote, Agile environment.

You will collaborate with partners and platform admins to deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned with SNHU's roadmap, shaping employee experiences and business processes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing within the ServiceNow platform or similar enterprise platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or related field; equivalent experience acceptable.
• ServiceNow CSA and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certifications.
• Experience with API development, custom connectors, and platform customizations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow apps and modules (Incident, Request, Change, Problem).
• Develop Service Portal and UI components for good user experience.
• Create client/server scripts using JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Extend workflows and business rules to automate processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems via APIs.
• Collaborate in Agile environment to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
